Six white-tailed eagles released on Exmoor to restore the species after 200 years
Six white-tailed eagle chicks have been transported from the Scottish Highlands to Exmoor to help re-establish the birds in the South West. By using light aircraft to cut travel time, conservationists hope to support the species' return to the region, with satellite trackers now monitoring the birds as they begin to explore the UK.
