A new independent bakery called Staple has opened its doors on St Marks Road in Bristol, focusing on high-quality sourdough and local favourites. Owner Bahram Ehsas, who moved to the city four years ago, says he feels like the luckiest man in the UK to be part of such a welcoming and diverse community.
