Affordable housing delivery in Wales rose by 6% last year, reaching 3,865 new units and marking the highest annual figure since records began in 2007. With housing associations responsible for the majority of these homes, the progress provides a foundation for the government's ongoing target to deliver 20,000 social homes by 2030.
