Dozens of residents in Waterloo gathered outside their local Tesco Express to say a heartfelt goodbye to Frank, a security guard who has served the area for 12 years. Known as a 'local legend', Frank was celebrated for his constant kindness and friendly smile that made him a pillar of the community.
