Anita Rydout, who was diagnosed with severe global developmental delay as a child, finished the 13.1-mile race alongside her mother, Martina. The pair completed the challenge to raise over £4,500 for charities supporting young people with additional needs, marking a decade of progress since Anita first took up running.
