Work begins to restore derelict Ashford building once plagued by pigeons
The former Evans unit in Ashford town centre, long known as the 'pigeon building' due to its state of disrepair, is finally undergoing renovation. The Grade II-listed property is being converted into six flats, a project that will also remedy previous unauthorised alterations and restore the building's historic structure.
