Gen Z workers are earning more than millennials did at the same age
Research from the Resolution Foundation shows that workers born in the late 1990s and early 2000s are seeing higher real weekly pay at age 24 than the millennial generation did. This shift marks a change from the wage stagnation that followed the 2008 financial crisis, offering a more positive outlook for the youngest cohort entering the workforce.
