The Big River Bakery is launching a digital trail along the River Tyne this summer to highlight the region's baking heritage and historic mills. Supported by funding from the Airbnb Best of British Fund, the project aims to help locals and visitors engage with the area's industrial past through the story of the traditional stottie.
