Blue plaque unveiled at Thirsk home of All Creatures Great and Small author Alf Wight
A blue plaque has been installed at Rowardennan, the Thirsk house where Alf Wight wrote his famous James Herriot books for 25 years. The property is now part of a new local walking tour, offering fans a closer look at the environment that inspired the beloved stories.
