The Waverley paddle steamer marks 80 years since its Glasgow launch
The world's last sea-going paddle steamer has celebrated its 80th anniversary with a voyage past London's Tower Bridge. Since being gifted to the Paddle Steamer Preservation Society for £1 in 1974, the historic vessel has carried six million passengers and continues to offer trips around the UK coast.
