For the first time in a UK backyard ultra, women have secured the first, second, and third place positions in a mixed-sex race. Held at the Hardwick Estate, the event saw 141 runners compete on a 4.16-mile loop until only one remained - a result that organisers noted as a significant milestone for the sport.
