Hull’s Grade II listed National Picture Theatre restored as a memorial
The National Picture Theatre in Hull has been restored to serve as a national memorial, marking the first time the site has been in use since it was bombed during the Second World War. The project stabilised the building's historic facade and conserved wartime remnants, creating a space for schools and the community to reflect on the city's history.
