Sheffield firm SCI Semiconductor has raised £5m to scale production of its memory-safe chips, which are designed to address critical vulnerabilities in modern technology. With existing government contracts and partnerships with Google and Microsoft, this funding will allow the company to expand its UK manufacturing capabilities.
