Competitors braved strong winds and long ferry queues to reach the isle of Easdale for the annual World Stone Skimming Championships. With a record number of participants, the event saw Abbey McDonald become the first New Zealander to win the women's trophy, while Liam Knight secured the men's title in the island's busiest year to date.
