The St Columb's Hall Trust has acquired the historic Grade A listed building using a £3.75m grant from The National Lottery Heritage Fund. After closing in 2020, the venue will now undergo a sustainable redevelopment to return it to community use - preserving a site that has hosted figures from Emmeline Pankhurst to Roy Orbison since 1888.
