Jacob McDonald is walking ten laps around all 42 professional football pitches in Scotland to raise money for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust. He is undertaking the 6,000-mile journey with his father to honour his mother, Vivienne, who died from the rare lung disease when he was a toddler. The challenge has already raised over £6,500, helping to fund support for others affected by the condition.
