From Monday, single bus fares across Glasgow, Renfrewshire, Ayrshire, Dunbartonshire, Lanarkshire and Inverclyde will be capped at £2. This move follows a similar pilot scheme in the Highlands and islands, helping to lower travel costs for commuters in the region.
