The Aquis IPO Academy has launched its first programme with 25 UK growth companies, half of which are founded by women. This initiative aims to address the current imbalance in the market, where female-led businesses have historically accounted for a small fraction of high-growth IPOs, by providing the support needed to scale and access public markets.
