Ten-year-old Jacob McDonald walks to all 42 SPFL football grounds in memory of his mother
Jacob McDonald from Dundee is visiting every professional football ground in Scotland to raise money for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust. He is undertaking the 6,000-mile challenge in honour of his mother, Vivienne, who passed away from the condition when he was a toddler - a personal mission that helps keep her memory at the heart of his efforts.
