Forest of Marston Vale Trust to help develop new national forest in the Oxford-Cambridge corridor
The Forest of Marston Vale Trust has been selected to help create one of England's new national forests after successfully increasing local tree coverage from 3.6% to 16.9% since 1991. The charity will now work with the government to plan a large-scale woodland area, applying its experience in transforming post-industrial landscapes to this new national project.
