Atlantic bluefin tuna return to the Yorkshire coast after 60 years
Atlantic bluefin tuna have recolonised the waters off northeast England for the first time since the 1960s, following decades of absence due to overfishing. Researchers from the University of Exeter have tagged five of the fish off the coast of Whitby to help track their migration patterns and inform future conservation efforts.
