Anglian Water has upgraded 145km of water mains across the East of England, marking the start of a £348m project to replace over 1,100km of infrastructure by 2030. By using trenchless installation methods for the majority of the work, the company has minimised disruption to local communities while setting the stage to save an estimated 940 million litres of water annually.
