Northern Ireland's farming industry saw profits rise by 36% in 2025, driven largely by record beef prices and strong performance in the dairy and egg sectors. With total output reaching £3.6bn, the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs expects average individual farm profits to continue rising into the next financial year.
