Deaf pupils at Derby school help develop new BSL-accessible financial education lessons
Year nine students at The Royal School for the Deaf Derby have become the first in the UK to test a financial education programme designed specifically for British Sign Language users. By working with HSBC UK and the RNID to refine lessons on budgeting and saving, these pupils are helping to create accessible resources that will eventually support deaf young people across the country.
