Great British Energy invests £7.5 million in solar-thermal firm Naked Energy

Great British Energy and Barclays Climate Ventures have announced a combined £8.875 million investment in the UK renewable-heat company Naked Energy. The funding will support a new manufacturing facility to produce solar-thermal technology, which helps buildings reduce their reliance on gas and stabilise energy costs.
