Master's student Maha Khan has produced a chocolate bar using cocoa grown entirely in Berkshire, marking the first commercially viable UK-grown bar in nearly a century. The project highlights the fragility of global cocoa supplies, which are increasingly threatened by climate change and disease, by demonstrating the potential for domestic cultivation.
