Bristol Zoological Society has received funding to restore habitats and support nine priority species within the Avon Gorge, including plants and insects found nowhere else in the UK. The two-and-a-half-year project aims to safeguard the area's unique microclimate, which currently supports rare flora like the White's whitebeam and the silky wave moth.
