Eighteen-year-old Bobi Jones from Newcastle Emlyn has received his A-level results after spending his final school months responding to emergency wildfire calls. His school allowed him to leave class for fire service duties provided he caught up on his studies, and he now plans to begin an apprenticeship while continuing his work with the Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service.
