Master’s student Maha Khan has produced a chocolate bar using cocoa beans grown entirely in Berkshire to mark the University of Reading’s centenary. By processing the beans on-site, the project highlights the vulnerability of global cocoa supplies to climate change and the importance of preserving diverse plant varieties for future resilience.
