Northumbrian Water has finished the first 30km stretch of a new pipeline that will provide more reliable drinking water to thousands of homes across County Durham and the Tees Valley. The project uses gravity to save energy and includes a 31-year commitment to boost local biodiversity and create new habitats for wildlife.
