After his mother Georgia collapsed at home, three-year-old James successfully dialled 999 and spoke to a call handler to secure emergency assistance. His parents had taught him how to make the call following a visit to the Emergency Services Museum, a precaution that proved vital when his mother suffered a medical episode.
