Grosvenor Square has reopened in central London following a year-long project to replace manicured grass and tarmac with 150,000 new plants and 40 trees. The redesign aims to help the West End adapt to changing weather patterns by creating a cooler, more resilient urban space that draws on the square's 18th-century roots.
