After saving for three years, 13-year-old Charlie Sawle has started a dairy business using milk from his own Jersey cow, Clare. He pasteurises the milk on-site at his family's farm in Cornwall to create fresh dairy products, turning a long-held interest in cattle into a practical new venture.
