Two post-war homes in Marshfield to be replaced by four energy-efficient social houses
Two ageing prefab houses in Marshfield are being demolished to make way for four new family homes available for social rent. By doubling the number of properties on the site, the project provides much-needed affordable housing for the village while ensuring the new builds are far more energy efficient than the structures they replace.
