Stefan Dillon, a volunteer with the North Berwick RNLI, spotted two boys struggling in a rip current while surfing at Seacliff beach. He reached the children and their father, who had entered the water to help, and kept them safe on his board until they could reach the shore - preventing a potentially dangerous situation near the rocks.
