Fifty juvenile lobsters released into Trevone Bay to boost wild populations
A team from the National Lobster Hatchery has released 50 juvenile lobsters into the sea at Trevone Bay, Cornwall. By rearing the lobsters in a controlled environment until they are developed, the charity increases their survival rate by 1,000 times compared to those born in the wild, helping to support sustainable local fisheries.
