Scottish airline Loganair has placed an order for ten Beta Technologies Alia CX300 electric aircraft to serve passenger and cargo routes. Following a successful trial of the technology earlier this year, the carrier plans to integrate the planes into its fleet by 2029 to help reduce carbon emissions and operating costs across its short-haul network.
