An 84-year-old man was rescued by the Tenby RNLI after falling from his tender and being swept into a cave beneath St Catherine's Island. Thanks to a report from a member of the public and the use of flares to illuminate the area, crews were able to locate the man clinging to rocks and bring him to safety. He was treated for the effects of the cold and is now recovering.
