Contractors have removed flood embankments and re-meandered a 244-metre stretch of March Burn in Glen Clova, reconnecting the water to its historical floodplain. By allowing the burn to follow its natural course, the project aims to improve habitats for salmon and invertebrates while helping the landscape better manage high water flows.
