Nurse Emmanuel Ndubuisi acted quickly to turn off an oxygen supply after a patient accidentally set her head on fire while vaping at Sunderland Royal Hospital. His intervention prevented a more serious incident, and he has now been recognised with a Cavell Star award for his response to the emergency.
