Nexus has donated 10 metres of decommissioned track to create a memorial in North Marine Park honouring Len Gibson and the soldiers who built the Burma Railway during World War Two. The project, commissioned by philanthropist Brian Burnie, will be completed by Victory over Japan Day in August to provide a lasting tribute to those who served in the Asia-Pacific region.
