Sixty-five-year-old Jo Bailey is attempting to set a world record for the most tethered hopper balloon ascents in one hour at this year's Bristol Balloon Fiesta. Having survived life-threatening surgery last year, she is using the challenge to raise awareness of life with a stoma and to support the charities that assisted her recovery.
