A painting that hung in a Marazion care home for decades has been identified as a work by Newlyn School of Art founder Stanhope Alexander Forbes. After staff discovered the artist's signature, experts from the Antiques Roadshow valued the piece at several thousand pounds - providing a welcome boost for the residents and staff at St Teresa's.
