Liverpool's Bridewell Studios celebrates 50 years of creativity in a former police station
Artists who moved into a disused Liverpool police station in 1976 have marked the 50th anniversary of Bridewell Studios by hosting a special exhibition of works by Maurice Cockrill. By purchasing the building in the 1980s, the collective ensured the survival of the site, which now serves as a long-standing hub for the city's creative community.
