Essential maintenance is underway at Cyfarthfa Castle to repair the roof and improve drainage systems, ensuring the historic building remains protected for the future. The park and museum remain open to visitors throughout the project, which is being funded by a partnership between the Welsh Government, Cadw, the local council, and The Cyfarthfa Foundation.
