Ecology officer Helen Cavilla has identified a rare bird's-nest orchid growing in the woodland at The Donkey Sanctuary near Sidmouth. This 'Near Threatened' species relies on fungal associations rather than sunlight, marking a significant addition to the sanctuary's growing wildflower population.
