James Short, 49, from Uxbridge, has been reunited with the three off-duty paramedics who saved his life after he collapsed at Acton Town Tube station. He suffered a cardiac arrest after falling down the steps as he left the station. Sophie Beswick, who had just left the station, was recognised by a member of the public for her paramedic uniform and helped administer CPR and use a defibrillator until ambulance crews arrived.
