A record 6,800 participants took part in the sixth annual Brecon Carreg Porthcawl 10K, navigating coastal winds to complete the course. Omar Ahmed and Charlotte Taylor secured the top spots in the men's and women's races, marking a significant milestone for the event as it continues to grow within the Run 4 Wales series.
