Iceland has introduced a 'Benefits Boost' service to help shoppers aged 66 and over identify and claim DWP support they are entitled to but not currently receiving. With over one million people across the UK missing out on pension-age benefits, this initiative aims to help elderly customers access financial assistance for living costs and energy bills.
