After finding the historic Rose Cottage Tavern in a state of disrepair, Hayley Catchpole took on the challenge of renovating the building to bring it back into use for the community. Despite a difficult opening day, the pub has been welcomed by locals who are pleased to see the landmark restored to its former role in the town.
